Description

You will own the development and optimization of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions, focusing on data ingestion, identity resolution, and real-time analytics.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Ingest data via native connectors (CRM, Marketing Cloud, APIs) and build complex SQL-based Data Transforms for the Customer 360 model.
• Configure Identity Resolution rulesets to create unified Golden Profiles and manage Data Graphs for low-latency retrieval.
• Develop Calculated Insights for metrics like LTV and churn, then build segments to activate data in Marketing Cloud, S3, and external endpoints.
• Integrate Data Cloud with Apex and Flow to drive automated business processes and deploy Tableau Direct Connections for unified visualization.
• Optimize credit consumption, manage multi-regional data space governance, and ensure data lineage and integrity across the lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud development.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Apex, and Salesforce Flow for data transformation and automation.
• Experience with API Integration, Data Ingestion, Identity Resolution, and Data Transformation.
• Knowledge of Tableau, Marketing Cloud, and Amazon S3 integrations.
• Understanding of Customer 360 Data Model, Data Graphs, and Activation Targets.
• B.Tech/BE in a relevant engineering discipline.
