Description

Design and implement Salesforce Data Cloud solutions, managing data ingestion, identity resolution, and activation pipelines.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Configure Data Streams, Data Model Objects (DMOs), and Data Lake Objects (DLOs) to align with business requirements.
• Build and manage data ingestion pipelines from multiple source systems and external applications.
• Create calculated insights, segments, and activation targets for CRM platforms.
• Develop automation using Flow, Apex, APIs, and Platform Events.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize data quality, performance, and security.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, including Identity Resolution and Activations.
• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Platform, specifically Apex, Flows, and APIs.
• Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs and ETL tools for data integration.
• Knowledge of SQL and data modeling concepts.
• Experience integrating Data Cloud with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments and technical documentation.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant certification or related Salesforce credentials.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and data warehousing.
