You will design, implement, and test Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Salesforce solutions, specifically Sales Cloud, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Lead a cross-functional team of approximately 10 CRM engineers across onsite and offshore locations.
• Develop clean user interfaces using Lightning, JavaScript MVC frameworks, HTML, and CSS.
• Coordinate with architects and product teams to ensure system performance, security, and testing standards.
• Communicate project status, identify risks, and execute mitigation strategies.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Salesforce experience with end-to-end implementations.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Aura.
• Strong JavaScript skills including experience with React, Angular, or jQuery.
• Experience integrating with SOAP/REST APIs and middleware such as Kafka, Informatica, or Tibco.
• Competency in SOQL, Test-Driven Development, and front-end debugging.
• Proficiency with HTML and CSS.
• Solid understanding of source control, CI/CD, GitHub, Jenkins, and Salesforce Metadata API.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security best practices, including SSO and role-based data access.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS and cloud-native data engineering.
• Knowledge of data modelling and BI tools like Tableau CRM, Data Cloud, Datorama, or MicroStrategy.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, Advanced Administrator, or Application Architect.
