Description

Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud instances integrated with Marketing Cloud and Sales/Service Cloud.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end project execution including analysis, solution development, testing, and performance optimization.
• Design and maintain complex data models, segmentation strategies, and technical specifications for large-scale enterprise implementations.
• Identify technical design risks and devise mitigation strategies to ensure architectural integrity.
• Lead technical workshops with engineering teams and business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable solutions.
• Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to meet project scope.

Required Skills

• At least one end-to-end Salesforce Data Cloud implementation.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing automation, data modeling, and architecture within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• 3+ years of experience in consulting or marketing projects.
• Deep technical knowledge of Data Cloud components: Data streams, Unified Data Model, Transformations, Identity Resolution, and Segmentation.
• Proficiency with Marketing Cloud tools: Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio, and Cloud Pages.
• Experience with SOQL, JSON, and XML.
• Ability to manage workstreams in large-scale enterprise environments using Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with HTML, CSS/SASS, TypeScript, React, and site mapping.
