Description

Drive end-to-end Salesforce Data Cloud implementations and architectural design for large-scale enterprise clients.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement Salesforce Data Cloud instances integrated with Marketing Cloud and Sales/Service Clouds.
• Design and manage data models, including data streams, Unified Data Models, transformations, insights, identity resolution, and segmentations.
• Lead technical workshops to define requirements, assess data model risks, and communicate solutions to business stakeholders.
• Oversee the physical design of solutions and guide development teams to ensure architectural integrity.
• Coordinate testing activities, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Required Skills

• Proven experience with at least one end-to-end Salesforce Data Cloud implementation.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing automation, data modeling, and architecture within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• 3+ years of experience in consulting or marketing projects.
• Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Data Cloud components: Data streams, Identity Resolution, Segmentations, and Activations.
• Proficiency with Marketing Cloud tools: Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio, and Cloud Pages.
• Technical proficiency in Salesforce, SOQL, HTML, CSS/SASS, TypeScript, React, XML, and JSON.
• Experience managing workstreams in large-scale enterprise environments using Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor's Degree.
