Description

You will lead the development, implementation, and support of Salesforce Data Cloud projects and Einstein Generative AI initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end project execution, including analysis, documentation, testing, and performance optimization.
• Identify technical design risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
• Participate in technical design workshops with Salesforce, IT, Engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Manage legacy debt and APIs to implement efficient, cost-effective new solutions.
• Translate technical requirements into business narratives and present strategic recommendations to executives.

Required Skills

• 7 to 9 years of technical experience.
• 6 to 12 months of hands-on Salesforce Data Cloud experience in real-time projects.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
• Integration experience using SOAP and REST web-based technologies.
• Hands-on experience with integration tools such as Informatica, Jitterbit, or MuleSoft.
• Strong understanding of customer data platforms and modern data infrastructure.
• Experience with standard and extensible functionality of Salesforce Sales, Service, or Marketing Clouds.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant certification.
