Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead Salesforce Data Cloud implementation and delivery projects.
• Design and manage data ingestion, unification, and activation processes.
• Build and maintain unified customer profiles using identity resolution.
• Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud with Marketing Cloud and other platforms.
• Develop and support REST/SOAP API integrations.
• Ensure data quality, security, and compliance standards.
• Troubleshoot integration and performance-related issues.
• Work closely with marketing, analytics, and engineering teams.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to project teams.
• Participate in client discussions and solution design workshops.

Experience Required:

• 7-9 years of experience in Salesforce development and integration projects.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, MCP, Journey Builder, and Interaction Studio.
• Good understanding of Customer Data Platforms (CDP).
• Experience with REST and SOAP API integrations.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with Python or JavaScript.
• Experience with data ingestion, transformation, and activation workflows.
• Knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Service Cloud, or Commerce Cloud is preferred.
• Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP is an added advantage.
• Understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
