Description

You lead Salesforce Data Cloud implementation, data unification, and integration delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage data ingestion, unification, and activation workflows.
• Build and maintain unified customer profiles using identity resolution.
• Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud with Marketing Cloud, MCP, Journey Builder, and Interaction Studio.
• Develop and support REST and SOAP API integrations.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and solution design for client workshops.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development and integration projects.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, MCP, Journey Builder, and Interaction Studio.
• Experience with REST and SOAP API integrations.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with Python or JavaScript.
• Understanding of Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and data quality standards.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Service Cloud, or Commerce Cloud.
• Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP.
