Description

You design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines, ETL processes, and integrations between Salesforce and external systems.

Responsibilities

• Optimize data ingestion and transformation processes aligned with Salesforce data architecture best practices.
• Define and implement data storage, normalization, and performance strategies across Salesforce instances.
• Lead data modeling strategy across Salesforce Clouds, including Public Sector Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Monitor and manage data migration, deduplication, and cleansing efforts to ensure system consistency and integrity.
• Design and deploy AI-powered agents interacting with Salesforce data for dynamic decision support and workflow automation.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering or data architecture.
• 4+ years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines, ETL processes, and integrations.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Data Architect certification.
• Salesforce Certified MuleSoft Platform Architect certification.
• Salesforce Certified MuleSoft Developer certification.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Platform Developer concepts.
