Salesforce Data Lead

You will lead data management, quality control, and reporting efforts within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Manage data accuracy, consistency, and completeness through regular imports, exports, and cleansing.
• Enforce data quality standards and conduct regular audits to resolve integrity issues and deduplicate records.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable data analysis for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT to manage system integrations and automate data processes for increased efficiency.
• Train users on data entry best practices and maintain documentation for data structures and procedures.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in data management and data quality control.
• Proven expertise in Salesforce data management and reporting.
• Proficiency with Salesforce data import and export tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of data security and compliance requirements.
• Experience with Salesforce Admin tasks and data automation.
• Effective communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience.
• Knowledge of Salesforce automation tools like Process Builder and Flow.
• Familiarity with ETL processes and data integration tools.
• Basic programming or scripting skills such as Apex or Python for data manipulation.
• Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Data Specialist certification.
