Description

Lead the end-to-end architecture and execution of Salesforce data migration projects. Design the complete migration solution from discovery through go-live, owning the E2E lifecycle including extract, transform, validate, and reconcile processes.

Responsibilities

• Design the complete data migration solution approach from discovery through to go-live.
• Own the E2E migration lifecycle, including extract, transform, validate, and reconcile processes using an ETL approach.
• Collaborate with ERP functional consultants to integrate migration solutions.
• Develop data migration strategies for environment and infrastructure planning.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and manage stakeholder communications.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in data migration projects involving CRM applications and database sources.
• 5+ years of experience leading Salesforce data migration projects in an Architect capacity.
• Hands-on proficiency with industry-standard ETL tools, preferably Informatica.
• Deep understanding of the CRM Data Migration Lifecycle and effort estimation.
• Experience in customer-facing roles and stakeholder management.
• Proven ability in data migration program management.
• Strong technical requirement translation skills.
