Description

Lead end-to-end data migration into Salesforce environments, managing teams through mapping, analysis, transformation, and QA/UAT.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead migration teams through mapping, analysis, transformation, and QA/UAT support to meet project milestones.
• Design and execute data migration strategies using Informatica ETL processes and IICS workflows.
• Analyze source data to define quality assumptions and manage transformation into the Salesforce Data Model.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via APIs, middleware, and Informatica.
• Document technical processes including mapping specifications, runbooks, error logs, and deployment guides.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in database migration with a focus on Salesforce data projects.
• Proficiency in Informatica tools including IICS, PowerCenter, and Cloud.
• Strong expertise in SQL and ETL frameworks.
• Experience migrating data from mainframe systems such as VSAM and COBOL copybooks.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce APIs, metadata management, and sandbox deployment strategies.
• Ability to use Power BI for data quality assessments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Management, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce Government Cloud or other regulated environments.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Salesforce CLI, or Jira for Agile delivery.
