Description

Manage data integrity and provide technical support for Salesforce CRM users.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for data-related cases from sales and service teams.
• Monitor the SFDC Answers site to deliver near real-time issue resolution.
• Execute data cleansing activities including entry, cleaning, and accuracy audits.
• Perform data analysis and reporting using Salesforce reports and dashboards.
• Deliver monthly reports on data trends by channel and ticket type to Sales Operations Leaders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of technology experience.
• Proven experience in Salesforce administration or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM capabilities and processes.
• Proficiency in Salesforce.com and Data Analytics.
• Ability to identify trends and anomalies within datasets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certified Administrator certification.
