You will manage Salesforce database operations and application changes within an agile framework.

Responsibilities

• Execute regression testing suites to ensure application stability.
• Manage application changes for SaaS platforms using agile methodologies.
• Navigate the software development lifecycle to support technical deployments.
• Coordinate project tasks and workflows using JIRA.
• Balance strategic planning with tactical execution to meet project deadlines.

• Experience with Service Clouds.
• Experience with Partner and Customer Communities.
• Experience testing software applications.
• Proficiency with JIRA for project management.
• Experience with SaaS application change management.
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience working within agile environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field.
