Description

You will manage Salesforce data environments and application changes within an agile framework.

Responsibilities

  • Execute regression testing suites to ensure application stability.
  • Manage application changes for SaaS environments using agile methodologies.
  • Navigate the software development lifecycle to support system updates.
  • Coordinate project tasks and workflows using JIRA.

Required Skills

  • Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud.
  • Hands-on experience with Service Clouds, Partner, and Customer Communities.
  • Proven experience testing software applications.
  • Proficiency with JIRA for project management.
  • Experience managing change for SaaS applications.
  • Working knowledge of the agile approach and software development lifecycle.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field.
