Description

You will lead Salesforce deployments and manage the technical delivery aspects of the platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage end-to-end Salesforce deployments.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
• Run Salesforce queries and reports in production environments.
• Manage customer and stakeholder interactions.
• Lead sprint meetings and coordinate onshore/offshore teams.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in a developer background.
• Expertise in Salesforce Apex Classes and Triggers.
• Proficiency with Git (GitHub, Repository, Branches).
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to handle immediate production support calls for reported issues.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience with Salesforce platform solutioning and delivery.
• Experience in customer/stakeholder management.
