Description

Lead delivery and technical oversight for Salesforce implementations, owning the release pipeline and production support.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Own the release pipeline, including CI/CD processes and Git repository management.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards for Apex Classes, Triggers, and Visualforce.
• Map complex business processes directly to Salesforce capabilities and data models.
• Execute production support and respond immediately to reported issues.
• Manage customer and stakeholder expectations, including onsite/offshore coordination.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in solutioning and delivery with the Salesforce platform.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components.
• Strong functional understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with Salesforce automation (Flows), security permissions, and data models.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and ETL tools for integration concepts.
• Experience managing risks, prioritizing work, and maintaining documentation.
• Knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture basics.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce CPQ and MuleSoft.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and running sprint meetings.
