Description

Lead the delivery and technical oversight for Salesforce implementations.

Responsibilities

  • Own the release pipeline, including CI/CD processes and managing Git repositories (Branches, Code, etc.).
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards across Apex Classes and Triggers.
  • Execute production support, responding immediately to reported issues.
  • Map complex business processes directly to Salesforce capabilities.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years in solutioning and delivery experience with the Salesforce platform.
  • Strong functional understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL.
  • Experience managing customer and stakeholder expectations, including onsite/offshore coordination.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce data models, security permissions, and automation (Flows).
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and running sprint meetings.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture basics and API/integration concepts (REST APIs, ETL Tools).
  • Ability to manage risks, prioritize work, and maintain strong documentation.
