Description

You will lead Salesforce development and support efforts to improve system efficiency and resolve complex technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage Salesforce configurations, standard functionalities, and security models including roles, profiles, and permission sets.
• Lead debugging and troubleshooting efforts to resolve customer service issues and manage complex technical problems.
• Assist third-party developers with integrations involving Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
• Drive continuous improvement in support processes to reduce ticket volume and increase team efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional business partners and technical teams to manage customer expectations.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT experience with at least 3+ years of dedicated Salesforce experience.
• Deep understanding of the Salesforce object model, relationships, and security management.
• Proficiency with Salesforce Metadata API, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Integrations using REST, SOAP, and Bulk API.
• Experience with Process Builder, Flows, and standard reporting capabilities.
• Exposure to or experience with Lightning components.
• Strong technical skills in Apex and Visualforce.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with all organizational levels.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.
