Description

Lead the development and technical direction for Salesforce implementations.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage overall Salesforce standard functionalities and object models.
• Debug and troubleshoot complex customer service issues, resolving integration problems with third-party developers.
• Manage customer expectations to drive high satisfaction levels.
• Drive continuous improvement within the support team to reduce ticket volume.
• Assist developers in implementing Salesforce products using Apex, Visualforce, and APIs.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT experience, including 3+ years with Salesforce.
• Expertise in Salesforce object model, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security management.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Metadata API, SOQL/SOSL, Process Builder, and Flows.
• Experience with Salesforce Integration using REST, SOAP, and Bulk API.
• Proficiency with core Salesforce development skills: Salesforce APIs, Apex, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, REST, SOAP, Bulk API.
• Demonstrable debugging and troubleshooting capabilities for technical issues.
• Familiarity with Lightning experience or exposure to the platform.
• Knowledge of Development and Support Processes and Technical Best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
