Description

Lead technical direction and development for Salesforce implementations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage Salesforce standard functionalities and object models.
• Debug and troubleshoot complex customer service issues and integration problems.
• Assist developers in implementing Salesforce products using Apex, Visualforce, and APIs.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce support ticket volume and manage customer expectations.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT experience, including 3+ years with Salesforce.
• Expertise in Salesforce object model, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security management.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Metadata API, SOQL/SOSL, Process Builder, and Flows.
• Experience with Salesforce Integration using REST, SOAP, and Bulk API.
• Proficiency with core Salesforce development skills: Apex, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, REST, SOAP, Bulk API.
• Ability to debug and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Familiarity with Lightning experience or exposure to the platform.
• Knowledge of Development and Support Processes and Technical Best Practices.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
