Design and implement intelligent Salesforce solutions using Agentforce and AI automation.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-powered Salesforce applications leveraging Agentforce and Salesforce Einstein.
• Build and customize solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
• Implement automation frameworks to streamline business workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Develop and integrate AI agents within the Salesforce platform to enhance customer engagement.
• Create and maintain integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.

Required Skills

• 8–10 years of experience in Salesforce Development.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
• Hands-on experience with Agentforce and AI-driven Salesforce automation.
• Experience working with Salesforce Einstein and AI-based solutions.
• Proficiency in Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) and integration frameworks.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, automation tools, and platform capabilities.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II.
• Experience with DevOps tools for Salesforce (Git, Copado, Gearset, CI/CD pipelines).
