Description

Design, develop, and support Salesforce Service Cloud applications for large-scale contact center environments. Own end-to-end solution delivery, technical architecture, and team mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end solutions for Salesforce Service Cloud and integrated cloud telephony platforms.
• Lead requirements gathering and translate business needs into technical design specifications and user stories.
• Provide technical guidance as a subject matter expert for CRM application architecture.
• Own the delivery, support, and integration of IT cloud solutions to ensure quality and timely completion.
• Mentor development team members and manage technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical project development for medium to large global enterprises.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL).
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud design and implementation.
• Hands-on expertise with Web Services, APIs, and cloud integration patterns.
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Experience using Jira and GitHub for development and project tracking.
• Proven ability to manage API integrations and cloud technology architectures.
• Competency in documenting system requirements, design specifications, and test scenarios.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Administrator, App Builder, or Developer certifications.
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and chat integrations.
