🔹 Key Responsibilities
✔️ Design and develop AI-powered customer engagement solutions using Salesforce Agentforce.
✔️ Configure Einstein AI, Prompt Builder, Agent Actions, and intelligent AI Agents.
✔️ Develop scalable applications using Apex, LWC, Salesforce Flows, and SOQL/SOSL.
✔️ Configure and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud features including Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, Live Chat, and Email-to-Case.
✔️ Integrate Salesforce with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events.
✔️ Work with Salesforce Data Cloud to deliver AI-driven customer insights and unified data experiences.
✔️ Build reusable Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and Lightning components.
✔️ Participate in code reviews, testing, deployments, and production support activities.
✔️ Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders in Agile environments.
✔️ Ensure all Salesforce solutions comply with enterprise security, governance, and regulatory standards.
🔹 Required Experience
✔️ 5+ years of Salesforce Development experience.
✔️ 1+ year of hands-on Salesforce Agentforce experience.
✔️ Strong expertise in AI-powered Salesforce solutions within enterprise environments.
✔️ Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
