Description

You will develop and enhance a Salesforce Service Cloud implementation for a higher education institution.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom Salesforce components using Apex, Lightning components, Flows, and Visualforce.
• Optimize agent setup, deployment, and research documentation integration workflows.
• Implement intelligent and federated search functionalities.
• Maintain platform scalability, security, and compliance across multi-organization use.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional development experience.
• Proficiency in Apex Classes.
• Experience with Lightning Components.
• Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Flows.
• Experience with Visualforce.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud capabilities.
• Ability to integrate third-party tools into the Salesforce ecosystem.
