Description

Develop and maintain complex Salesforce solutions, focusing on core development, system integration, and customer-facing interfaces.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and customize Salesforce components using Apex, Visualforce, and Process flows.
• Design custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and approval processes.
• Configure Salesforce Omni Channel, including routing, queues, and user security controls.
• Integrate external applications and enterprise software with the Salesforce platform.
• Develop customer-facing interfaces and manage data through reports and dashboards.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of core Salesforce.com development experience.
• 5+ years of experience with Visualforce, Apex, and Process flows.
• 2+ years of experience with Lightning Components, Lightning Events, and Lightning Page Templates.
• 2+ years of development experience with Mule.
• Hands-on experience with Data Cloud and system integration.
• Proficiency in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Cloud.
• Experience with Salesforce administration, including roles, profiles, and security controls.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SFDC and UX integration, including Angular or React applications.
• Experience with OpenCTI integration.
