Description

You will design, build, and maintain scalable CRM solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem, owning the full development lifecycle from data migration to integration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable software architecture for CRM applications.
• Handle CRM data migrations, specifically from legacy systems.
• Configure Salesforce features including Process Builders, Flow, and validation rules.
• Integrate Salesforce with external applications and utilize Agentforce/CTI components.
• Operate within Agile/Scrum methodologies for development cycles.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience developing on Salesforce.
• Expert proficiency in Apex and Aura.
• Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Deep knowledge of Agentforce and Certified Sales/Service Cloud.
• Experience with DevOps tools like Jenkins and Bamboo.
• Proficiency with Git/Bitbucket for version control.
• Strong ability to manage user permissions and system configurations.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum frameworks.
