You will design, build, and maintain scalable solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and Flows.
• Lead requirement gathering sessions with Product and Business teams.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST APIs and manage Connected Apps/OAuth.
• Debug and resolve complex technical issues independently while ensuring development best practices.
• Work on AI-driven Salesforce capabilities, specifically Agentforce features.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Development.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Triggers, and Aura Components.
• Mandatory proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience implementing Salesforce Data Cloud features (Data Models, Segmentation).
• Proficiency in REST API Integration using OAuth and Connected Apps.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security model and application architecture design patterns.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with CI/CD tools.
• Understanding of Object-Oriented programming principles, preferably in Java.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Co-Pilot or other AI development tools.
• Exposure to cloud platforms and automation patterns.
