Description

Design and develop AI-powered customer engagement solutions on the Salesforce platform using Agentforce, Service Cloud, and Einstein AI.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Configure Einstein AI, Prompt Builder, Agent Actions, and intelligent AI Agents to enhance customer engagement.
• Develop scalable applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Configure and enhance Service Cloud features including Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, and Live Chat.
• Integrate Salesforce with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events.
• Utilize Salesforce Data Cloud to deliver AI-driven customer insights and unified data experiences.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Salesforce Development experience.
• 1+ year of hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, including Case Management and Omni-Channel.
• Proficiency in Apex Development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows.
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and Einstein AI/Prompt Builder.
• Solid understanding of SOQL/SOSL and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Proficient in CI/CD tools such as Copado or Gearset and Git.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
