Description

You will manage, troubleshoot, and maintain the company's Workforce solution built on Salesforce, ensuring system stability and resolving technical issues.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily system operations, troubleshooting, and bug-fixing for the Salesforce-based Workforce solution.
• Design, configure, update, and maintain custom forms and field-level security settings.
• Develop and maintain Apex code to support business logic and integrations.
• Manage user profiles and service accounts to ensure proper access controls.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to discover requirements and provide status reports.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with the Salesforce Platform.
• Strong proficiency in Apex development.
• Expertise in SOQL, including query optimization and complex cross-table queries.
• Experience managing field-level security and form validations.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results in a timely manner.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
