Description

Manage the architecture, development, and maintenance of the Salesforce CRM to support customer acquisition and retention goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy Salesforce enhancements, custom objects, code, and solutions.
• Design and implement strategies to maintain and increase CRM performance for sales and operational goals.
• Manage complex initiatives regarding system enhancements and new business process deployments.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, IT staff, and business leadership to optimize CRM usage and business strategies.
• Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to CRM team members on system enhancements and defects.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce systems development.
• Certified Salesforce System Administrator.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Process Builder and Flow.
• Ability to develop applications and build new fields within Salesforce.
• Experience with AppExchange solutions and advanced administrator tools.
• Proven expertise in Data Integrity and Data Cleansing on the Salesforce platform.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and complex work plans autonomously.
• Strong analytical skills to translate abstract concepts into concrete technical strategies.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for delivering training to diverse audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience.
