Description

Design, develop, and optimize the Salesforce CRM platform to improve business processes and customer engagement.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Customize and optimize Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to meet specific business requirements.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into technical solutions and troubleshoot application or integration issues.
• Manage data integrity and security while providing technical support and training to end-users.

Required Skills

• 8 to 12 years of experience in Salesforce development and administration.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce APIs (REST and SOAP).
• Deep functional knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce design patterns and best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Developer certification.
