Salesforce Developer and Lead

You will serve as a hands-on technical lead responsible for producing high-quality code in a 100% coding-focused role.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain high-quality Apex and Lightning Web Component (LWC) code.
• Design and implement data models within the Salesforce platform.
• Develop front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Manage data operations using SQL, SOQL, and Saql.
• Lead technical initiatives while maintaining active live coding proficiency.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in a hands-on technical leadership position.
• Strong proficiency in Apex and JavaScript development.
• Deep expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and API integration.
• Experience with data modeling and query languages including SQL, SOQL, and Saql.
• Broad knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Prior front-end development experience with frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Ability to work in person at the New York office 3-4 days per week.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Experience Cloud, Mobile Publisher, or mobile apps.
• Background as a non-Salesforce full-stack or backend developer.
• Knowledge of Einstein, CPQ, Pardot, or Next Best Action.
• Experience with Salesforce Genie or multi-cloud/third-party integrations.
