Description

You will develop custom solutions on the Salesforce platform with a focus on Service Cloud.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement custom solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Integrate external systems via REST APIs.
• Manage deployments and version control using Copado and GitHub.
• Develop features specifically tailored for Call Center environments.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Proficiency in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Hands-on experience with RESTful integrations.
• Experience using Copado for deployment management.
• Proficiency with GitHub for version control.
• Service Cloud expertise.
• Platform Developer I (PD1) certification.
• Experience working within Call Center architectures.

Preferred Skills

• Platform Developer II (PD2) certification.
