Description

You will design, develop, and deploy custom applications within the Salesforce ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, Aura components, and Lightning Web Components.
• Manage Salesforce objects, fields, and SOQL queries to ensure data integrity.
• Develop and maintain integrations with third-party services using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Configure system settings, user roles, permissions, and Lightning flows.
• Lead technical design sessions, mentor junior developers, and troubleshoot system performance issues.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Proficiency in Apex programming and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong expertise in SOQL, SOSL, and data modeling.
• Experience with REST and SOAP API integrations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security features, compliance, and workflow automation via Flow and Process Builder.
• Familiarity with Salesforce DX, version control, and CI/CD.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II.
• Salesforce App Builder certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with DevOps practices including Gearset and GitHub.
• Experience developing solutions for the government or non-profit sectors.
