Description

Build and maintain enterprise-level Salesforce solutions and customer-facing interfaces.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom objects, fields, page layouts, and validation rules based on application requirements.
• Design and implement complex workflows, approval processes, and automated process flows.
• Integrate external applications and third-party software with the Salesforce platform.
• Manage Salesforce administration tasks including routing, queues, security controls, roles, and profiles.
• Build and maintain user interfaces using Lightning components and Visualforce.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of core development experience in Salesforce.com.
• 5+ years of experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Process flows.
• 2+ years of experience with Lightning Components, Lightning Events, and Lightning page templates.
• Hands-on experience with Data Cloud and system integration.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Omni Channel administration and routing.
• Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Cloud.
• Experience with Service Cloud implementation and enterprise software development.
• Experience with Mule integration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SFDC and UX integration, specifically integrating with Angular or React applications.
• Experience with OpenCTI Integration.
