Description

You will design, build, and scale enterprise business solutions on the Salesforce platform, leading technical development and client-facing pre-sales efforts.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and scope technical solutions, presenting architectures to clients during pre-sales.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions through workshops.
• Integrate Salesforce services with various external applications and enterprise architectures.
• Lead technical development efforts and mentor team members.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP), Aura Components, and Workflow automation.
• Hands-on experience implementing Salesforce DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong background in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration.
• Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Developer in a consulting environment.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II certification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in customer-facing consulting environments.
