Job Description 

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
• Configure, customize, and optimize Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce products as required.
• Develop and implement automation solutions using Salesforce Flows, Approval Processes, Workflow Rules, and other declarative tools.
• Integrate Salesforce with external applications and enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and third-party solutions.
• Create and manage custom objects, fields, validation rules, reports, dashboards, page layouts, and security configurations.
• Participate in business requirement gathering, solution design discussions, technical analysis, and documentation activities.
• Perform unit testing, code reviews, debugging, and deployment activities in accordance with Salesforce development best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring optimal system performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with business analysts, solution architects, Salesforce administrators, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Stay up to date with Salesforce platform releases, new features, industry trends, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Development, including Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience working with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud implementations.
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and automation tools.
• Experience with system integrations, web services, and middleware platforms.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce security model, data architecture, and deployment processes.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I/II are preferred.

 Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CI/CD tools, version control systems (Git), and Salesforce DX.
• Knowledge of third-party integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar technologies.
• Experience working in complex enterprise Salesforce environments
