You will develop technical solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem using an agile software development lifecycle.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Translate functional and design specifications into technical solutions using Salesforce Field Service configurations.
• Implement solutions with a focus on minimal customization.
• Manage the full development lifecycle from initial design through to testing.
• Optimize scheduling, dispatching, and mobile app processes.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Expertise in Service Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Field Service.
• Deep understanding of Scheduling and Dispatching processes.
• Knowledge of mobile app processes within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Understanding of Field Service Core, Inventory Management, and Maintenance Plan Data Models.
• Ability to work within an agile development framework.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Field Service Certification.
