Description

Lead advanced development and analytical work for Salesforce applications in an Agile environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, and document component application solutions, links, and content.
• Analyze and maintain Salesforce security architecture and user authentication methodology.
• Own reported issues, complete assigned tasks, and report progress to the Salesforce Manager.
• Collaborate with business units and infrastructure teams to identify and evaluate solution requirements.
• Create system documentation, charts, and diagrams depicting proposed processes and system benefits.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development and analysis.
• Proven experience working with State or Federal clients.
• Must be local to Texas.
• Experience working within an Agile development lifecycle.
• Ability to design, implement, and deploy projects using the Salesforce.com toolset.
• Strong technical writing skills for documenting coding and configuration procedures.
• Experience performing peer reviews and contributing to design discussions.
• Any Graduate degree.
