You will build and maintain Salesforce solutions, owning the full development lifecycle from requirements analysis to deployment and support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop software solutions by analyzing information needs and studying system flows.
• Design specifications, standards, and programming implementations for Salesforce.
• Deliver features within Agile sprints, adhering to the definition of done.
• Support applications across environments through coding, testing, and peer reviews.
• Perform defect root cause analysis and manage change control.

Required Skills

• 8+ years programming in Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Apex triggers, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components.
• 8+ years implementing solutions with configuration tools: Flows, Process Builders, and Workflow Rules.
• 8+ years experience in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), coding standards, and version management.
• 8+ years assessing Salesforce architecture and providing secure technical solutions on the Force.com platform.
• 8+ years handling end-to-end technical aspects including upgrades, data migrations, and integrations.
• 8+ years implementing authentication protocols (oAuth) for third-party integration.
• 8+ years with core web technologies: HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, and web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML).
• 8+ years integrating Salesforce with cloud and on-premises applications using REST APIs.

Preferred Skills

• 4+ years with DevOps technology, including CI/CD pipelines and Git.
• 2+ years with Agile Software Development Methodologies.
