Description

You will design, build, and maintain complex solutions on the Salesforce platform, owning the technical lifecycle from proof of concepts to deployment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and implementation of Salesforce solutions across the full development lifecycle.
• Develop and optimize custom code using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Aura Components.
• Mentor junior developers through code reviews and guidance on Salesforce best practices.
• Configure and manage Salesforce integrations, authentication flows (SAML), and security tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver features that meet business and end-user requirements.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience customizing the Salesforce Lightning platform, including Lightning Web Components, Lightning Aura Components, and Apex (Batch, Controllers, Triggers).
• 5+ years of experience with declarative development on Salesforce (Flows, Process Builder, Approval Processes, Workflows).
• Experience implementing Salesforce Sales or Service Cloud, including Live Chat, Knowledge, and Case Lifecycle Management.
• Deep understanding and configuration of SAML and authentication flows.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce integrations, covering both point-to-point and middleware.
• Proficiency with Git and CI/CD deployment pipelines.
• Experience with Salesforce application security tools (e.g., Checkmarx, AppOmni).
• Familiarity with Experience Cloud design and development.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AppExchange solutions and integrations.
