Description

You will design and implement Salesforce configurations and customizations to support business processes, leading enterprise engagements and managing SI teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop configuration and customization designs, use cases, and test conditions for new initiatives.
• Recommend Salesforce solutions, integration points, and architecture to improve scalability and performance.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for prioritized projects.
• Create solution design documentation including data models, object/field definitions, and wireframes.
• Oversee administrators and developers to ensure requirements and timelines are met.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Salesforce platform experience, including Service Cloud and general configuration.
• 4+ years of Force.com development experience using Apex, Visualforce, and Portals/Communities.
• Deep technical knowledge of Visualforce, Apex APIs, Apex Triggers, and Apex Web Services.
• Experience designing and building cloud applications.
• Ability to lead enterprise engagements, facilitate meetings, and manage customer support projects.
• Experience working with or managing an SI team.
• Salesforce certifications (Admin, Consultant, Developer, and Architect).
• Bachelor's degree.
