Description

You will design and implement technical solutions for complex Salesforce projects, focusing on lead lifecycle management, qualification, assignment, and conversion processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions for lead management and contact conversion.
• Lead and mentor the development team through code reviews and architectural guidance.
• Enforce development best practices across the team.
• Develop and manage customizations using Apex and AppExchange products.
• Communicate technical ideas and project updates clearly to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of Salesforce development experience.
• At least 2.5 years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce Lightning Framework.
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, and AppExchange product development.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Health Cloud.
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Deep understanding of SFDC Profiles, Roles, Sharing Rules, Validation Rules, Tasks, Workflow Rules, and Triggers.
• Practical knowledge of REST and SOAP API integration methodologies.
• Experience using Salesforce deployment tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of MuleSoft.
