Description

Lead technical design and delivery for applications built on the Salesforce platform. Own the full development lifecycle and support release management strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design of Salesforce applications and manage team delivery.
• Apply best practices, effective patterns, and maintain technical documentation.
• Collaborate with functional and test leads to integrate Salesforce into the wider technical landscape.
• Drive platform adoption by evangelizing DevOps and modern technical delivery methods.
• Debug and optimize complex Salesforce solutions.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of Salesforce.com administration and customization experience.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, Scheduled classes, and Batch classes.
• Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura.
• Strong Object Oriented design and programming skills, including Java.
• Experience with REST and SOAP web services and integrations.
• Experience with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Communities.
• Mandatory Salesforce Certified Platform Developer 1 (PD1) and Administrator (ADM201) certifications.
• Working knowledge of HTML5 and AngularJS.
• Experience with Salesforce Security models and Lightning configuration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in Agile product development environments.
