Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end design and delivery of Salesforce CRM solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related platforms.
• Architect and implement Salesforce-native solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and platform features.
• Drive critical asset development within Salesforce ensuring scalability, reusability, and governance.
• Work extensively with Salesforce Data Cloud for customer data unification, segmentation, and AI-driven insights.
• Design and implement robust Salesforce integrations with external systems using APIs, platform events, and middleware.
• Define and enforce Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.
• Lead code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting within Salesforce environments.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate CRM requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Mentor developers and provide technical leadership within the Salesforce team.
• Support DevOps processes including version control, CI/CD, and release management.

Experience Required: 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture with deep understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits. Proven experience in complex Salesforce integrations and enterprise CRM implementations.
