Good to Have Skills: Experience with enterprise Salesforce solutions supporting 80K+ users and 1B+ records, knowledge of Agentforce and Headless 360 platforms, expertise in data aggregation and complex rollup logic, understanding of row/field-level security implementations, platform stability optimization, cross-functional collaboration with product and data engineering teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver enterprise Salesforce solutions on AWS CRM supporting 80K+ users and 1B+ records
• Lead Apex architecture for high-scale data processing including data aggregation, ETL optimization, and complex rollup logic
• Design agentic integrations between AWS services and Salesforce platforms including Agentforce and Headless 360
• Build Lightning components with strict data isolation and implement row/field-level security measures
• Optimize SOQL queries and work to reduce platform technical debt across the system
• Refactor synchronous automations to asynchronous patterns using Change Data Capture CDC technology
• Conduct comprehensive code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers on the team
• Partner cross-functionally with product, data engineering, and AWS services teams on integration projects
• Drive platform stability initiatives including reducing SOQL errors and deprecating legacy packages
• Execute projects with ownership, bias for action, and insist on maintaining highest standards
