Description

You will architect, design, and develop scalable custom applications on the Salesforce platform.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions.
• Develop and maintain custom applications, workflows, and integrations with third-party systems.
• Lead end-to-end technical delivery, ensuring system stability and scalability.
• Perform unit, integration, and user acceptance testing; troubleshoot production issues.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce platform development.
• Proficiency in Apex programming and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise-grade Salesforce applications.
• Knowledge of Salesforce integrations using APIs and third-party tools.
• Understanding of Salesforce security models, validation rules, and automation.
• Experience with debugging, deployment, and release management processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
