Description

You will design and develop custom Salesforce solutions, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components. You own the full development lifecycle, from translating business requirements into technical designs to deployment and troubleshooting.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
• Customize Salesforce applications, including objects, workflows, flows, and validation rules.
• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and data governance standards.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and perform code reviews, unit testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong expertise in Next Best Action (NBA) and Marketing Cloud.
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs, Git-based version control, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Platform Developer I / II certifications.
• Experience with Service Cloud, Agentforce, or DevOps tools like Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins.
• Exposure to regulated industries such as healthcare or life sciences.
