Description

You will design, build, and maintain scalable CRM solutions on the Salesforce platform, owning the full development lifecycle from requirements to deployment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Aura.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST and SOAP APIs, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines using Git, Jenkins, Copado, or Gearset, including code reviews and automated deployments.
• Troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance, and enforce governor limits and security sharing rules.
• Mentor junior developers and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience building Salesforce CRM solutions.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Aura frameworks.
• Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud architectures.
• Proficiency in REST and SOAP API integrations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce data model, security, sharing rules, and governor limits.
• Experience with DevOps tools: Git, Jenkins, Copado, or Gearset.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certifications (PD2, App Builder, or Architect).
• Experience with CPQ or Experience Cloud.
• Agile/Scrum methodology experience.
